Buildmerce is a software product brand operated by Fasstech Soft from Pakistan. In this policy, “Buildmerce”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of www.buildmerce.com and the Buildmerce software licensing services.

• Contact and order information: name, email address, customer identifiers, order identifiers, product or plan purchased, currency, order status, subscription status and related fulfillment information received from our payment provider.
• Licensing and activation information: product code, license status, license-key hash and partial key prefix, licensed domain, installation identifier, production or development environment classification, activation history and entitlement information.
• Technical compatibility information: extension version, Magento or other platform version, PHP version and similar environment details when a product sends them as part of activation, entitlement refresh, diagnostics or support.
• Security and service logs: request timestamps, limited user-agent information, hashed IP-derived identifiers, rate-limit events, error events and hosting logs used to secure and operate the service.
• Support communications: messages, attachments, troubleshooting details and other information you choose to provide when requesting help.

We receive only the transaction and customer information reasonably required to identify an order, fulfill digital products, issue or manage licenses, support customers, handle subscription status and investigate fraud or disputes. Payment processing, sales tax or VAT collection, receipts and certain refund functions are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own terms and privacy practices.

• Verify purchase status, subscription status, license limits and eligibility for product features or updates.
• Secure our website, APIs and licensing systems; detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized redistribution and excessive automated requests.
• Diagnose technical problems, improve compatibility and maintain product reliability.
• Send transactional messages related to orders, licenses, security, support and material service changes.
• Meet legal, accounting, dispute-resolution and regulatory obligations that apply to us.

Where a privacy law requires a legal basis, we generally process information because it is necessary to perform a contract with you, because we have legitimate interests in operating and securing Buildmerce, because we must comply with a legal obligation, or because you have provided consent where consent is required.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, or to withdraw consent. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions, identity verification and retention obligations. We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.

We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate Buildmerce. These providers may include payment and merchant-of-record services, cloud hosting and deployment providers, managed database providers, email-delivery providers, security services and professional advisers.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our agreements, protect customers or the public, investigate fraud or security issues, or complete a corporate reorganization or transfer of the business subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not intentionally use customer order or licensing data for third-party behavioral advertising.

Buildmerce operates from Pakistan, while our technology and payment providers may process information in other countries. Cross-border transfers may therefore occur. Where required, the relevant provider or Buildmerce may rely on contractual safeguards or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide purchased products, maintain licenses and update rights, resolve support matters, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and maintain business records. Retention periods differ by data type and may extend beyond the end of a subscription where records are required for security, dispute or legal reasons.

License keys are designed to be stored as cryptographic hashes for validation where practical. Some delivery records may contain encrypted license material so a customer can securely claim a purchased key.

We use administrative and technical measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, including restricted administrative access, signed webhooks, encrypted secrets, cryptographic license-key handling, rate limiting and secure hosting practices. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Do not send passwords, private keys, raw payment-card details or unnecessary customer data in support messages or diagnostic files.

Our public website is designed to minimize non-essential tracking. Essential security, session or infrastructure technologies may still be used. Third-party checkout pages can use their own cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Buildmerce is intended for businesses, developers and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our products, vendors, legal obligations or data practices change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page and, where legally required, additional notice.
