Digital Delivery Policy

Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, Buildmerce products are delivered electronically. We do not ship boxes, discs, printed manuals or other physical goods, and no shipping address is required solely for product fulfillment.

• Checkout confirmation and payment receipt are provided through the merchant-of-record flow.
• Buildmerce may create a license, entitlement or secure claim record after a signed payment confirmation is received.
• Downloads, license keys, claim links or customer-portal access may be delivered on-screen, by email or through an authenticated customer flow.
• Some products require both downloadable files and an active license entitlement.

If a paid order has not produced the expected download or license after a reasonable period, do not place a second order. Contact Buildmerce with the order email and order identifier so we can verify the payment and fulfillment state.

You are responsible for entering a valid email address at checkout. Delivery can fail or be delayed when the email address is mistyped, inaccessible or blocked by spam filtering.

If the purchase email is wrong, contact fasstech.soft@gmail.com. We may require reasonable proof that you control the order before changing delivery information.

Treat license keys, private downloads and claim links like credentials. Do not publish them in public repositories, tickets, screenshots or forums. Buildmerce may revoke or replace compromised credentials where reasonably necessary to protect the customer and licensing system.

Download availability can depend on the product, license tier, update term or active subscription. A one-time purchase may provide continuing use rights to the version validly obtained while update access later expires. A subscription product may require an active entitlement for continued access to Pro features or private releases.

If Buildmerce and the merchant of record cannot provide the purchased digital product within a reasonable time after confirmed payment, we will work to restore delivery or support an appropriate refund request under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Successful digital delivery means the purchased files or entitlement were made available; it does not by itself guarantee compatibility with an unsupported server, platform version, theme or third-party module. Review product requirements before purchase and follow the Support & Updates Policy for technical issues.
