1. Scope

This policy applies to www.buildmerce.com, Buildmerce APIs, license activation and entitlement services, customer delivery links, downloads, support systems and any Buildmerce-hosted service.

2. Prohibited security and infrastructure abuse

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, admin areas, databases, private downloads or infrastructure.
  • Credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, denial-of-service activity, malicious scanning or deliberate exploitation without authorization.
  • Bypassing rate limits, request validation, signatures, license checks or other technical safeguards.
  • Sending automated traffic at a volume or pattern that materially degrades service for other users.
  • Introducing malware, backdoors, destructive payloads or code intended to compromise another system.

3. License and content abuse

  • Publishing, trading or redistributing paid Buildmerce source code or download packages without permission.
  • Sharing or selling license keys, claim links or private release credentials.
  • Using development or staging classifications to intentionally evade a production activation limit.
  • Creating counterfeit Buildmerce products, keys, receipts or support communications.
  • Removing licensing controls for the purpose of unauthorized redistribution or excess installations.

4. Unlawful or harmful use

You may not use Buildmerce services to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property, facilitate fraud, distribute illegal content, harass others or intentionally compromise the security or privacy of another person or organization.

5. Automated access and search engines

Normal search-engine crawling and reasonable automated access to public pages are permitted unless restricted by robots instructions or technical controls. High-volume scraping, bulk extraction of proprietary product content, or automated access that circumvents controls or imposes unreasonable load is prohibited without written permission.

6. Vulnerability research

Good-faith security research should avoid accessing customer data, disrupting production, changing data, using social engineering or publishing exploitable details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate. Contact fasstech.soft@gmail.com before testing beyond ordinary public interaction.

7. Enforcement

We may rate-limit, block, suspend or revoke access reasonably believed to violate this policy or create an immediate security risk. Serious abuse, fraud or unlawful conduct may be reported to service providers or authorities where appropriate and legally permitted.

Where practical and safe, we will consider context, severity, repetition and whether a user promptly cooperates in resolving an accidental violation.
