Intellectual Property Policy

Unless otherwise identified, original Buildmerce source code, product packages, documentation, text, graphics, logos, product names, website design and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Fasstech Soft and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing software grants only the usage rights described in the Software License Terms. It does not transfer copyright, trademark ownership or other proprietary rights.

Buildmerce products may include or depend on open-source or third-party software. Those components remain subject to their original licenses and notices. Where an open-source license grants rights broader than our proprietary license, that open-source license controls for the covered component.

Adobe, Adobe Commerce, Magento, WooCommerce, WordPress, Hyvä, Shopify, BigCommerce and other third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Buildmerce may refer to those names to identify compatibility, integration or intended platform use.

Such references do not mean Buildmerce is sponsored, endorsed, certified by or affiliated with a trademark owner unless a specific page expressly states a verified relationship.

A rights holder or authorized representative may report allegedly infringing material by emailing fasstech.soft@gmail.com. A useful notice should include:

• Your name, organization and reliable contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work, trademark or other right you believe is affected.
• The exact Buildmerce URL, product or material you believe infringes the right.
• A clear explanation of the claimed infringement and, where appropriate, evidence of ownership or authorization.
• A statement that the information supplied is accurate and submitted in good faith.

We may request additional information before acting on a notice. Where a claim appears credible, we may temporarily restrict content, investigate source materials, contact relevant parties, preserve evidence, modify the material or remove it where appropriate.

We will not knowingly use the infringement process to decide unrelated commercial disputes, and we reserve the right to reject notices that are clearly incomplete, abusive or fraudulent.

Submitting a knowingly false ownership or infringement claim can cause serious harm. A claimant is responsible for the accuracy and legal basis of a notice and may be responsible for consequences imposed by applicable law.

Unauthorized redistribution of paid Buildmerce software, leaked license keys, counterfeit packages or deceptive resale can result in license suspension, takedown requests, service-provider reports or other lawful enforcement measures.
